Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's latest series continues. This week he's trying to match keen gardeners who don't have access to land with landowners and get the nation growing their own veg. He meets Sue, who's been sharing her friend Stephanie's garden in Totnes since spring. Now, practically all her fruit and vegetables are provided by this small plot and the whole enterprise has cost her little more than £30.

Also, Hugh plans a big dinner with a twist for the River Cottage team: all the key ingredients will be foraged as two teams compete in a dawn to dusk challenge gathering mushrooms, nuts and fruit from the surrounding lands and the occasional motorway. With a batch of nettle beer and squirrel ragout on the menu it's bound to be a success.

Plus the Bristol smallholding families expand their livestock and take delivery of three milking goats. Armed with the goat farmer's best instructions, they get to grips with the milking and vow to give Hugh his first consignment of goat cheese.
