It's the third of the quarter-finals and four more Contenders charge into battle to secure a spot in the semis. As they now know, the path to success is far from easy. As well as re-testing their muscled mettle on energy-sapping events like Duel and Hang Tough, they'll be reunited with the growling Gladiators.
First up are the ladies. Caroline McLeod, a feisty firefighter from Somerset, will be hoping to extinguish KT Coates, a pole-dancing instructor from Hertfordshire. Moving on to the men's camp, Joel Grant Jones, a personal instructor from Bedford, has a score to settle with Oblivion. Joel trespassed into the O-zone and was saddled with the nickname "chump". Will he prove the show's rude rebel wrong and go on to be champ? If so, Joel will have to outwit Leicester lad Jonathan Boden, who made a memorable impression when he suffered a wardrobe malfunction while escaping Spartan's clutches on Pyramid. Will he be caught with his pants down this time around?
With the champion's crown and the tasty sum of £100,000 glimmering in the distance, which of the Contenders will leave their rivals biting the dust?
