The doyenne of British cookery continues her mission to get people cooking and, in tonight's programme, shows viewers some quick and easy Asian recipes.
Delia simplifies some traditional dishes from the Far East and shows viewers a short cut to preparing endless spices. The end result is an array of fantastically inspiring food created in no time at all.
Delia takes the heat out of making curry by adding ready-blended tandoori spices and pre-prepared ginger to chicken, for a fantastic chicken masala. It's accompanied by a coconut sambal, made with just a few ingredients including coconut chunks from a packet and jalapeno peppers from a jar.
An impressive Thai green curry with prawns need not take hours over a hot stove. Delia uses prawns straight from the freezer and a packet of pre-prepared frozen Thai curry mix. Vietnamese spring rolls are rustled up by using pre-cooked prawns, cucumber, lettuce and some spring roll wrappers.
Away from the kitchen, Delia visits a spice factory to see how the ready prepared spices are mixed together - saving shoppers the time and expense of having to do it at home.
Delia also opens a local deli for the daughter of the late BBC Radio 1 DJ John Peel who, Delia proudly boasts, described her as "the most uncool person he had ever met".
She also pays a visit to her agent of 39 years, Debbie Owen, who reveals how her boss didn't see Delia as a very bright prospect.
Unfortunately Delia isn't on the air any time soon.
