Biopic starring Stephen Fry as the revered writer renowned for his wit, Oscar Wilde. The film focuses on Wilde's burgeoning relationship with Lord Alfred Douglas (Jude Law), nicknamed Bosie, a love affair which developed at a time when homosexuality was illegal. Inevitably the nature of their friendship is discovered, Wilde is tried and imprisoned and Bosie goes into exile.
