Comedy sequel in which Wayne Campbell (Mike Myers) and Garth Algar (Dana Carvey) decide to stage a rock festival.

After losing his late-night cable show, Wayne has a dream in which Jim Morrison, from 70's rock band "The Doors", sends him a cosmic message telling him to put on a massive music festival - 'Waynestock' in their home town.

However before the festival can be achieved, the budding promoters must overcome several hurdles, and sort out their turbulent love lives as Wayne continues to find ways to keep his outrageous nectar girlfriend, Cassandra (Tia Carrere) from straying to greener pastures as her manager continues to try and woo her away to LA.
