Programme Information

Joanne Kilbourn's (Wendy Crewson) latest case centres on the murder of Judge Marcia Blackwell. When Detective Alex Emanual's investigation leads him to ex convict Wayne Waters, Kilbourn is convinced there is more to it, and that he is not the prime suspect.
