This sitcom is set in a police station full of half-witted caricatures such as the Constable Gladstone (Rudolph Walker), Constable Habib (Mina Anwar), Constable Goody (James Dreyfus). These inanities are headed by Inspector Fowler (Rowan Atkinson) who's live in lover Sergeant Patricia Dawkins (Serena Evans) is also based at the haphazard station.
