Programme Information

Lt. Danny Roman (Samuel L Jackson) is a police negotiator who finds himself on the other side of a siege after he is framed for murder.

When Danny's partner is murdered, evidence mounts up pointing to Roman as the gunman and the negotiator realises he is being set up.

Determined to discover the truth, Roman holes up in a police building, taking several hostages, and waits for the arrival of Sabian (Kevin Spacey), a negotiator from another department.

Now time is running out and Roman must convince Sabian of his innocence before the Swat teams move in and silence him forever.
