A timeless animated tale from the Disney stable. It's the story of an innocent childhood friendship between two natural enemies that leads to comic complications and dramatic conflict in later life.

This was Disney's 24th full-length animated feature, and was an important landmark because the bulk of the animation fell to the new generation of Disney animators.
