Programme Information

Two English cartographers arrive in a Welsh village to determine the status of the local vantage point. When they declare it 16 feet too short to be a mountain, the villagers devise a plan to elevate their hill while keeping the bureaucrats distracted in Christopher Monger's charming comedy.
