Black Adder I, takes place in the 1400's, and Edmund Blackadder, played by Rowan Atkinson, is a slimy Prince of the Realm with a delightful haircut!
Baldrick played by Tony Robinson is forever at his side and Percy played by Tim McInnerny his stupid Squire.
In the beginning Black Adder is the stupid one and knows very little, Baldrick however, is the one with all the clever ideas! As this series matures the roles reverse.
