Stephen Chow's delightfully original film is a mix of martial arts and football, as he stars as a Shaolin monk-warrior who, finding work hard to come by, translates his and his fellow monks' skills to football, entering a tournament that could net them $1m if they win. Part comedy, part an exhibition of martial arts, this is football fun at its best.
