Mystery, following the efforts of silver-haired sleuth Dr Mark Sloan (Dick Van Dyke) to prove that the apparent suicide of an eminent plastic surgeon was actually murder. His inquiries reveal no shortage of possible murder suspects, including the dead man's widow and a disgruntled former business partner - leaving him racing against time to unmask the real culprit before a second killing takes place.
