Programme Information
Jessica Fletcher travels to the Deep South to investigate the mysterious details surrounding the death of a slave accused of murdering a white plantation owner in the 1850s. Not only does Jessica discover that the slave actually belonged to her long-dead distant aunt, but also that her ancestors might not have been as law-abiding as she thought.
