Screwball comedy in which a tempestuous couple makes the shocking discovery that their marriage is not legal - which gives them the chance to reconsider whether they actually want to be wed. The husband moves out, believing his wife's anger to be directed at him, and leaves his business partner an opportunity to declare his affection for her.
