Bittersweet black comedy with a strong cast of British talent including James Fleet, Joss Ackland, Dawn French and Phyllida Law. When the sophisticated and cosmopolitan mother of an unmarried and unstable dairy farmer (Fleet) is found dead, assorted family members return to the dilapidated farmhouse to grieve and, perhaps more importantly, to argue over who inherits her loot.
