Programme Information

Charlie Baileygates (Jim Carrey) is a 17-year old veteran of the Rhode Island Police force.

He is very mild-mannered, always helpful, and a devoted and loving father to his three sons.

However, unfortunately for Charlie, he has a split personality Disorder, and his alter-ego, Hank Evans is a hyper-aggressive individual.

Now Charlie finds he has run out of medication (which keeps Hank locked up inside) and now his alter-ego has come to the forefront.

Hank's dirty mind, smoking & drinking habits and enjoys a good fight is totally alien to Charlie which is why the two have nothing in common, except Irene Waters (Renee Zellweger), a beautiful young woman with whom they have both fallen desperately in love with.

Now Hank and Charlie must rage war with each other for Irene's affections with catastrophic and hilarious results.
