Roux was brilliant. Much, much needed. Derek's going to Le Gavroche, which is fab, but PLEASE let us know what has now happened to Murray and Leon.

I wonder if there is anyway of finding out the names of all the diners in tonights final. In particular I would like to know if one of the guests was a former family acquaintance, ie Peter Richards.
How on earth can the 2 judges eat all that obviously cold food ? Good programme but would like some insite as to how they put the show together.
A great show with fantastic looking food. I agree Wallace is just there to stuff his face whilst Roux knows what he is talking about. Although I cannot help feeling he looks ill all the time. Plus does anyone know what the music they use when announcing the winner at the end of the show is called cos it is quite catchy!
love the program but what is the background music you play at the end when deciding who should go though.thank you.
I have started watching this and find it brilliant, the food produced looks fabulous and makes me really hungry ... Greg can certainly talk the necessarys but I was suprised that he is actually just a greengrocer, at least Roux Jr is a Michelin chef so certainly knows his stuff.
I do not agree with Richard, Roux with his experience, knowledge and obvious credibility and skill can say what he wants as he can back up what he says with consumate skill ... but Wallace, hmm I dont know.
Anyway, its still very enjoyable.
Please support and encourage these young chefs, what on earth a fruit and veg man and a semi Frenchman with a charisma bypass are doing in judgement is beyond belief. How in hell can we expect young people to enter the trade with idiots like these in judgement?
What's wrong with that idiot Gregg Wallace,is he judging the taste of the food or the fork he's eating from.
I've never before seen anyone make such a production of slowly placing the fork on his tongue and allowing it to linger there for effect.Why?,well you tell me,he's a frustrated thesbian.
