I have an infected and swollen gum around a tooth which no dentist seems to be able to fix. There was a dentist in the Make me Perfect makeover show. Does anyone know if his practice is in London? if not where is it?

hi please can you tell me how to apply to take part in the show.for myself and my 18 yr old daughter.i would love to have a total makeover as to be honest i have let myself go totally down hill since my marriage breakdown a couple of yrs ago and feel there is nothing but a life of loneliness for me to look forward to.i am 53 in may and need a big shove to bring me back to life. my daughter is aprox 14st 5ft 2inch tall and has a bust size of aprox 44f maybe even larger. she has been asking me about a breast reduction and liposuction. she gets a lot of backache and is unable to lay on her back without feeling suffacated she says that they are to heavy to carry and when stood on scales if her breast are lifted up for her she looses 1 stone meaning they weigh half a stone each.both myself and my daughter would love to take part in your show. please send me a reply yours hopefully,

hello,i watched your program last night about the lady who was having her 65th birthday,and i have to say the difference you brought to her life was amazing..i would like to know how to contact one of your dentistsif poss,i myself need a lot of work done,as i have had 4 brain surgeries done,and the steriods i was on weakened my teeth,i ave also lost over 4 stone since last aug,but unlike the lady last night i haven't smiled in 5 yrs,i am a bit aggrifobic as i wont go out and even in the house i stay in my bedroom which i no isnt good for my children but my illness keeps me like this,with no confidence,and will not even let my kids take pics of me,a lot has hapened in my life and i think if i could get a dentist willing to take me on itwould help me with my confidence,i am willing to pay to have it done properly,please reply,i look forward to receiving some details from you,many thanks,natalie..

hi there, ive just watched lisa on ur programme,(25th march) an brought tears to my eyes as i feel just the same, but the difference is that i am bigger than lisa, well im fat an have real trouble with clothes as the top of my arms are big, so's my belly an legs i diet but nothings going, an wondered if you have to pay for the surgery that you do! as im a single mum an carer for my dad an on income support so dont really have a lot of money but would be able to give you between £5-10 a week for the next 10 years if i have to if you could make me perfect well not perfect but presentable an be able to take my kids swimming, feel terrible saying no but there's no way i would even think about getting into a costume this size,
