Desperate to avert financial ruin, Russ schemes with Crystal Latroy (Lisa Kudrow), the TV stations lottery ball hostess, to rig the state lottery drawing.
The numbers come up right, but everything else goes wrong as their plan starts to unravel and the game turns rough.
