Murtaugh is now working out his last few days on the police force before he retires, but events conspire to make his exit a very exciting and memorable one as, ex-cop, Lieutenant Jack Travis (Stuart Wilson) has strayed from the straight and narrow and set himself up as a major crime lord. Now its up to the three to track down the guilty parties, but being thwarted at every turn by Travis makes this not an easy task to undertake and when Murtagh's family are pulled into the equation, things are bound to get worse before they get better.
