Thriller set in the near-future. When Tariq, a teenage tearaway, vanishes after stealing a laptop, his best friend, Max, becomes determined to find out what happened to him. A new era is dawning in British politics and following a record low turnout of 30% of the electorate, the Democratic Consensus Party, has taken hold of the reigns of power.
