Riveting thriller about a pair of small-time con artists who attempt to kidnap a young executive - but their plans go badly wrong and end in murder. Coco Chavez and Junior Armstrong have identified the rich owner of a computer corporation as their target, but during the kidnapping of Ben Dyson, one of his neighbours is killed. When the woman is revealed to have been the wife of a senator, New Orleans detectives Emma Thompson and Alan Rickman arrive to unravel the mystery.
