Programme Information

Heroes is an action-packed US drama following the lives of ordinary people who discover they have extraordinary abilities.

Mohinder Suresh, a genetics professor in India, travels to New York to investigate the death of his father. It leads him to a secret theory - there are people with super powers living among us.

Meanwhile, a young hospice nurse, Peter Petrelli, tries to convince his politician brother that he can fly. A high school cheerleader, Claire Bennett, learns that she is totally indestructible and Niki Sanders, a Las Vegas stripper struggling to make ends meet to support her young son, discovers that her mirror image has a secret.

A gifted artist, Isaac Mendez, whose drug addiction is destroying his life and relationship with his girlfriend, believes he can paint the future.

Matt Parkman, a down-on-his-luck Los Angeles police officer can hear people's thoughts and Hiro Nakamura, a computer programmer from Japan, develops a way to stop time through sheer will power. It seems that their ultimate destiny is to save the world...
