Unfortunately Half Ton Mum isn't on the air any time soon.
Programme Information
Half Ton Mum, a BodyShock special, tells the story of the world's heaviest woman, Renee Williams, a 64-stone, 29-year-old mother of two who, in a desperate bid to save her life, undergoes life-threatening surgery. Renee, who has realised she wants to be around long enough to see her two daughters grow up, hopes her story will help change the lives of the estimated two million Americans who weigh more than 40 stone.
First of all to Afnam - I find it incredibly ignorant when people use 'txt spk' when not texting so either you're an idiot, or your spelling, grammar, general language skills are nauseatingly awful. I suspect both. I think it's very sad about this woman's untimely though not entirely unexpected death, as she chose to invite the cameras in, after choosing to help herself as best she could. How many of us have never made any mistakes, or never done anything we've looked back on and regretted? Her issue is just an extreme version of that. As Shirley said - maybe this programme will help someone else. For that reason I don't think her death makes the programme pointless to show at all - in fact her death may cause it to have MORE of an effect than if she'd survived and lost the 50 stone she hoped for.

It is partly her own fault, but if her inner connectors aren't connecting properly then it is a vicious circle.
No, her family didn't help matters either.
Still we can only hope that it can help others out there with the same problems.
I have had a weight problem for a few years now due to my own disability and exercising isn't always easy. But with the help of a free - yes free - website I have finally managed to start on my weight loss program.
If only others took the time to make the effort, then we wouldn't become the 'fat culture' that we have.
If you are suffering with a weight problem, then please check out Sparkpeople.com. It works and it's brilliant (and completely free). There are loads of others on the site with the same problems, willing to help you achieve your goal

Bit of a pointless show now, considering she died over 9 months ago.
