Programme Information

Dick Richards' remake of the classic film noir stars Robert Mitchum as Philip Marlowe, hired by the vampish Helen Grayle to find the murderer of one of his clients. As the body count rises, a world-weary Marlowe finds he can trust no-one amid the mix of glamour and seediness that is '40s Los Angeles.
