Programme Information

Orin Boyd (Steven Seagal) is a maverick Detroit cop. His take-no-prosoners aproach to domestic terrorism gets him kicked out of his department and transferred to a downtown precinct, known to be the toughest precinct in the city.

Here he very quickly encounters some corrupt cops selling heroin to drug dealers. The problem is, it's very difficult to tell who is the bad guy and who you can trust.

The powerful and mysterious crime lord Latrell Walker (DMX), whose dicey connections and seemingly unlimited cash make him everyone's target.

Together the two men take on a conspiracy that reaches all the way through the ranks to the heart of the precinct.
