This surprisingly good angel-TV movie tells the story of a guardian angel called Will (Jonathan Frakes) who escorts recently deceased teenager, Rachel (Hayley DuMond) to her eternal reward and launches a revenge attack on the rival teenager Vanessa (Shannon Elizabeth) who caused her death.
