Programme Information

Kate Capshaw and Cybill Shepherd head the cast of this thought-provoking drama, which centres on a high-achieving high-school senior who has never felt part of the 'in-crowd'. She teaches at night school, tends her widowed father, and pretty much keeps herself to herself. But when she meets another loner who has just moved to the town of Due East, for the first time in her life she feels a sense of belonging.
