In the Virginia small town of Cherry Falls, the local high school hgas become susceptible to a murderous lunatic.
This black-clad, blood-thirsty killer is rampaging through this school, but is only killing off the teenage virgins in various and very gory ways.
Shocked, and scared fro her life, the virginal daughter of the town sheriff in charge of the investigation, Jody Markam () sets up her own investigation to try and uncover the killer.
However she soon stumbles into a web of long hidden dark secrets spun around the killings involving people of the town she always thought she trusted which makes her one of the killer's primary targets.
While the rest of the teenage virgin population plan a big party where they can all lose their virginity and become safe from the killers advances.
