Architect George Clarke witnesses another couple who wish to relocate to the countryside. Matt and Emma abandon their commuter belt house in Surrey in favour of transforming an 18th-century Lincolnshire granary into their new home. With debts building and little in the way of experience, can their dream be realistically achieved?
