Documentary about the teenagers whose bodybuilding obsession is so extreme it's becoming a clinical problem, focusing on Danny as he diets down for his first big competition. Jack has become utterly hooked on pumping up his body, and Chapelle travels to meet her heroine Avril, a female bodybuilding legend. The film reveals what drives ordinary youngsters to enter the weird and wonderful world of bodybuilding, and why they aspire to transform and distort their bodies to grotesque proportions.
