Mike Myers is back as the self-styled sexiest spy in the world.
Dr Evil (Mike Myers) has invented a time machine which he uses to travel back to 1969 to steal Austin Power's (Mike Myers) mojo (his sexual magnetism) leaving Austin sexually wounded.
Austin, and his main squeeze CIA agent Felicity Shagwell (Heather Graham), must now travel back to the 1960s to trap his nemesis, and retrieve his vitality. However he soon learns that Evil is not the only adversary he must face this time, there is now a scaled-down version of Evil in his accomplice, Mini-Me (Verne Troyer), not to mention the grotesque Fat Bastard (Myers).
Austin isn't the only one having personal problems this time round. Having created Mini-Me at an 1/8th his size, Evil finds love and is still battles the problems of discovering he has a teenage son and even ends up airing their dirty washing on Jerry Springer.
