Programme Information

Stunning drama bringing to life the beginnings of the Falklands conflict. On April 1, 1982, Major Mike Norman arrives on the islands to replace Major Garry Noott as a Royal Marine detachment prepares to leave after their year's service. But political events will soon engulf the islanders as their back gardens become the front line.
