Touching drama. When an elderly widow is diagnosed as senile by her doctor and deemed incompetent by the courts, her son adds to the misery by trying to place her in a nursing home. But with the loving support of her granddaughter and the help of a young lawyer, Mrs Cimino begins a dogged fight to regain control of her estate and her independence.
