Set in Petticoat Lane, it focuses on young Joe, who lives with his mother Joanna above a tailor shop owned by Kandinsky. The tailor explains to Joe, through the legend of the unicorn, that everyone's dreams and wishes can come true and when the lad discovers a one-horned goat, he's determined to help realise all the wishes of his hard-working neighbours.
