Programme Information

This 1989 Yorkshire based comedy follows the ever changing lives of the working class family Ted (Jason), Rita (Taylor), Paul (Thewlis) and Elvis (Foskett) Simcock, and the middle class family, Laurence (Chapman), Liz (Pagett), Simon (Hastings) and Jenny (Holm) Rodenhurst.

Together with their friends Rodney and Betty Sillitoe and Neville Badger each episode takes place in a different social function ('do').
