Dr Pavlov has successfully performed his behaviour control techniques on the first human subject, and that subject is Cruella de Vil (Glenn Close).

It's a stunning transformation that's been made, from cruel fashion diva into compassionate animal lover.

However, when a noise at a particular frequency breaks the conditioning, the old Cruella is back and sets off to fight her old nemesis - those daarned dalmatians!
