I watch your programmes and they are just great, more than that wonderful and what you actually create and change in a person. I am 60 17 July, I feel young at heart but I would love to look ten years younger. Need a change but unsure which way to go. I would appreciate it if you would give me a hand. Stephanie

I thought Jane looked fabulous after her makeover and psychologically a new person in terms of her confidence.

But, after the programme I'm always left wondering if you do any follow-up in terms of how the person looks 1-5 years later? I'm also curious about the total cost of the makeover, as my feeling would be - yes -I want to look 10 years younger but if its a one week wonder that I cant afford maintain then I think I'd rather not bother.

As you will gather,I have a major concern about maintenance of this great look that you have given to so many, as many of the radical works that are performed are extremely expensive and well beyond the purse of the average individual. For example, last night the cost of a dental veneer was £500 a tooth and lasted approx 10 years and presumably requires expensive non-NHS checkups and maintenance.

So my question really is a practical and a moral one.....I think the look that you help people achieve is great, but do you provide long-term help to sustain this look?

Was wondering how i could get my mother in law on programme, Since her mother past away last year she has become a carer for her father who has had a stroke. She also works full time and doesnt get in until after 10 oclock every night and i feel needs and deserves this as she is running herself into the ground. Would be very grateful if you have any information on this matter.
