The SG-1 team travel to a planet called Cimmeria (home to the Norse gods, and off limits to the Goa'uld) in search of allies for their battle against the Goa'ulds. As the team arrive, Teal'c (who is carrying an infant Goa'uld) is caught in a mysterious beam of light. As O'Neill tries to rescue Teal'c the two are transported into an underground labyrinth where they must fight for survival against Unas, the original Goa'uld host and Thor's Hammer, designed to kill all Goa'ulds. Kendra (a former Goa'uld host herself) joins forces with Carter and Daniel to try and rescue the pair from their terrifying ordeal, but will they succeed?
