An ex-lover of Fish plots to leave the firm, and to take Elaine with her. Ally and the British lawyer are hitting it off rather well. Fish gets a tip of from a big client about what Nelle is doing to the firm. Nelle comes clean about her relationship with Cage and is made to pay damages. Richard has a lustful fling with his ex, whilst Ally, the Brit and Elaine have a drink at the bar.
