Homer and Marge go to a parent-teacher evening at the school, where they are told that unless they begin to discipline Bart, his future will go nowhere. Just before the new Itchy & Scratchy Movie comes out, Bart gets his ticket confiscated after his negligence puts Maggie in danger, and Homer thinks the perfect punishment has been dealt.
