Channel Information
The BBC HD channel was launched in May 2006. The channel has featured some of finest BBC programming including the award winning drama Bleak House, the critically acclaimed documentary series Planet Earth as well as key sporting events such as the 2006 FIFA World Cup, all broadcast in High Definition.
